Our Story
LiftUp Chi was founded with a simple but powerful belief: when families are healthy, youth are empowered, and seniors are supported, entire communities rise. We saw the barriers facing underserved neighborhoods—limited access to health resources, housing instability, and inequities in education—and knew change was needed.
What began as a vision to bring people together has grown into a movement of collective upliftment. Today, we are proud to serve Chicago by breaking generational barriers and building opportunities for all.
