  • Process donations and send receipts.

  • Communicate about programs, events, and opportunities.

  • Improve services and outreach.

  • Respond to inquiries.

  • We do not sell or rent personal data.

  • Limited sharing with trusted providers (payment processors, email platforms).

💳 Refund Policy

  • Donations: All donations are final and non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to community programs.

  • Event Tickets/Programs: Refund requests for event registrations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event date. After that, payments may be converted into a charitable donation.

  • Merchandise (if applicable): Items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

🌟 Volunteer & Participant Code of Conduct

We expect all volunteers, participants, and staff to:

  • Treat others with respect, kindness, and dignity.

  • Follow safety and health guidelines during events and programs.

  • Avoid disruptive, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

LiftUp Chi reserves the right to remove individuals from programs or events if conduct violates these expectations.
